Update - The data center networking problem has been resolved. We are monitoring the situation to ensure that there are no further issues.

Update - Our datacenter vendor identified an issue on a router causing high packet loss on the internal network. They are working on a fix that should resolve the continued degraded performance we're seeing.

Monitoring - We worked around the networking issues. Data is being processed again, and emails started sending, but we won't be back at full capacity until the networking problems are fixed.
