Monitoring - We're monitoring increased load on our backend that is causing a delay in processing delivery events. This causes the exact delivery state of your sent messages to not be reflected in real-time in your account. Email deliveries are still being sent in real-time to your customers. This has also resulted in a delay of your Activity logs. Our engineers have increased processing in the backend to clear the heavy load and we're monitoring the queue as it empties.
