Our datacenter vendor identified an issue on a router causing high packet loss on the internal network. They are working on a fix that should resolve the continued degraded performance we're seeing.

We worked around the networking issues. Data is being processed again, and emails started sending, but we won't be back at full capacity until the networking problems are fixed.

We narrowed down the cause of the instability to networking problems at the datacenter. Data processing and email sending is still down until we resolve this.
