Update - Good news! We made significant progress on the conversions backlog, and we estimate the stats will be up-to-date again tomorrow (March 23, 2017).

Update - So far, we processed 1/3 of the conversions backlog. Based on the numbers we see right now, we estimate it will take 2 more days until the stats are up-to-date.

How do you know conversions are backlogged?
The most visible sign is that customers enter conversions segments after receiving a particular email, but the email is not marked as converted. As a result, you'll also see lower conversion rates.

Identified - The performance of the conversion jobs started deteriorating Thursday, March 16, 2017. As a result, we have now gained a substantial backlog that might take a few days to process.

No data was lost, customers are still entering conversion segments, but the Converted Email events are slow to update, and the conversions aren’t reflected on the emails and in the campaign (the converted checkmark is missing, and the reports are inaccurate).

We’re investigating how to improve the performance of calculating conversions, and we’ll get back with an update once the backlog has been reduced.

Completed - Unfortunately the upgrade did not go as planned. While verifying the migrated data we noticed some issues and found that some data was corrupted.
We have identified the affected accounts and will be rebuilding their index. We are also working through the backlogged events to get the index up to date.

Scheduled - We're adding more servers to our delivery index cluster to increase capacity. During the upgrade filtering of deliveries will not be functional, however this is only hinders the UI experience and all backend systems are expected to remain operational.
